Health and Safety is a paramount requirement in property management with legal requirements that must be adhered to. Unfortunately, not all health and safety inspection requirements have specific time scales. It can appear that costs are being incurred for carrying out inspection too frequently therefore, we work closely with the developments and the health and safety experts to ensure a common sense approach is adopted whilst ensuring everything that is complete when necessary.

The ethos of our company is to manage our developments to a high standard in the most economical way possible whilst adhering to all legislative requirements.
We want our leaseholders to feel assured that the developments are being managed as though we lived on site. Sometimes this may mean being available for a conversation out of hours to provide reassurance - this is something we are happy to provide as we feel it highlights our desire to work with the developments rather than just stick to providing what is included in the management agreement.
